Privacy Policy
SMB Cost Diagnostic is built to respect small-business privacy. We do not require accounts, do not collect phone bills, and do not track user identities.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
- No User Accounts: You do not need to register, log in, or provide personal credentials.
- No Financial or Phone Bill Uploads: We never ask you to upload phone bills, credit card statements, or call detail records.
- No Client-Side Session Storage: Your call volume and budget numbers are processed locally in your browser memory and are never transmitted to a server database.
2. Server Logs & Infrastructure
Like any web service, our web server receives standard technical HTTP request headers (such as IP address and user-agent string) solely to deliver web pages and prevent denial-of-service abuse. These technical logs are rotated regularly.
3. Outbound Links
When you click an outbound link to a service provider, that provider's own privacy policy governs your activity on their site.
